Mr. P. Krishnamurthy serves as Whole - time Director of the Company. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated as Vice-Chairman at JM Morgan Stanley. He has an aggregate experience of approximately 34 years in corporate management and strategy, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, financial management and banking. His expertise includes managing and supervising business units in India and abroad. He is an integral part of the SKIL Group and contributes significantly to policy development and financing.

Mr. Santosh Senapati serves as an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mining Machinery from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has approximately 25 years of experience in project financing. Mr. Senapati was earlier associated with PineBridge Investments India Advisors Private Limited (formerly AIG Investments) as Managing Director for private equity business franchise in India, Jardine Fleming India Securities Limited where he was responsible for financing infrastructure projects in India, ABN Amro Bank and Oil India Limited.

Mr. K. Roy Paul, (Independent Director) joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1967 and served the State Government of Bihar and the Government of India in various capacities. In his long government service spanning 37 years he held various senior positions including Secretary to Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Chairman, Air India, Special Secretary and Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Joint Secretary in the Department of Information Technology, Director and Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce and Principal Secretary to the State Government of Bihar in the Departments of Industries and Urban development. He was also the first Chairman of the National Coastal Zone Management Authority. After his retirement from the Indian Administrative Service in 2004, he was appointed Member of the Union Public Service Commission, a constitutional authority equated with the Election Commission of India and the Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Ajay Prasad (Independent Director), holds a masters degree in arts (History) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Development Administration from University of Manchester, UK. He joined the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in 1969, and has over 37 years of experiences in the Government, having served both in the State of Himachal Pradesh and Government of India. He has experience in varied fields like media, health, textiles, tourism, defence and civil aviation. Mr. Prasad has earlier worked in Government of India as Director in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles, and has also done a four year term with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on diversification and modernization of the jute Industry in India. He also has three years experience at senior levels at the Defence Ministry, Government of India. He played a major role in the setting up the regulatory framework for the privatization programme for India's airports greater liberalization of Government policies in the aviation sector. Mr Prasad has also chaired a Committee to prepare a Master Plan for modernization of Air Traffic Management in India.

Ms. Gayathri Ramachandran (Independent Director), holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University, a Master's Degree in Economics from Delhi University, a Master's Degree in Development Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts, USA and a Master's Degree in Defence Studies from National Defence College. She was from the 1972 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and has over 36 years of experience working in infrastructure Sectors of Government of India and Government of Andhra Pradesh in the areas of power and energy, environment, industry, fertilizers and chemicals and Social Sectors such as Women and Child Development, Tourism and Culture, Rural Development etc. Ms. Ramchandran has made significant contribution to the reforms and restructuring Power Sector and formulating guidelines in the management of Power and Energy sectors.

Mr. Himalay Dassani (Independent Director), an MBA in Marketing. He has also completed Packaging Technology course from IIP Mumbai. He has vide experience in the field of Sales, Marketing, Media, Entertainment and Advertising. He has worked with various multi-cultural international teams and is Director in various large infrastructure companies. As Director Business Development he has been instrumental in developing various multi billion dollar infrastructure projects in sectors such as Roads and Power. His wide experience, knowledge and vision will be of immense benefit to the company.

Mr. Ashish Kumar serves as Non - Executive Director of the Company and representative of PineBridge Investments India Advisors Private Limited (formerly AIG Investments). He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. He is presently a Managing Director of Pinebridge Asia Partners II and is responsible for private equity investments of PineBridge Investments India Advisors Private Limited in India. He has more than 17 years of rich experience in financial services arena including more than 12 years in private equity. He has been closely involved with the growth of a number of leading companies in India as a private equity investor.
