SKIL Infrastructure Limited (formerly Sea King Infrastructure Ltd.), is promoted by Mr.Nikhil Gandhi, Mr. Bhavesh Gandhi and M/s. Metropolitan Industries. It has established a tradition of initiating and implementing unique infrasturcture projects throughout india. The core strength of the company lies in our ability to develop abstract ideas and conceptualize a project on a grand scale.

SKIL's mission is to identify growth-oriented greenfield and brownfield projects in the infrastructure, education and defence sectors and implement them on a timely basis through strategic associations with experienced entities, thereby generating returns for all investors.  

The development of infrastructure projects typically requires an ability to sustain long development periods, and SKIL has demonstrated the ability to bear the initial risks associated with such projects.  

For each project, SKIL develops the project concept and bears the initial risks. SKIL then leads the development of each projects through the growth stages, be it design or engineering, or the involvement of EPC contractors, SKIL endeavours to work with partners who have developed a wealth of experience in the specific project arena in order to meet international standards of quality and service.
